FEM Family Church was birthed from the Faith Evangelistic Ministry [FEM], which is an international ministry founded in 1989 by Revered Teresa Wairimu Kinyanjui. Since its founding in 1989, FEM has grown into an international ministry with branches across Africa and around the world. FEM Family Church is proud to be part of a move of God that is committed to continue the mission of sharing the gospel and extending a hand of compassion to those in need. As we work to fulfil our divine destiny, we are excited to see how God will use FEM to make a difference in the lives of people both locally and globally.
Sunday School Kids
Children up to the age of 12 years
At FEM Family Church, we value the spiritual growth of our young ones and provide a welcoming environment for them to learn and grow in their faith. Our Sunday School services offer a fun, interactive, and educational experience for children of all ages, where they can develop a solid foundation in the Word of God. With our dedicated teachers and engaging curriculum, we aim to nurture a love for God and a desire to serve others in our young ones. We invite parents and guardians to bring their children to our Sunday School services and watch them thrive in their relationship with Christ. Our classes are designed to cater to different age groups, including 2-3, 3-5, 5-8, and 8-12. For children aged 2-3, our classes are designed to be interactive, sensory-based, and engaging, with simple biblical concepts presented in a way that is easy to understand. Our 3-5-year-old class builds on these concepts and incorporates more storytelling, songs, and activities to help children explore the Bible in a fun and interactive way. For children aged 5-8, our Sunday School classes aim to provide a deeper understanding of God's Word through more in-depth teachings and discussions. Children learn how to apply biblical principles to their daily lives and develop a love for God and others. Our 8-12-year-old class builds on this foundation by encouraging children to ask questions, engage in critical thinking, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Youth Church
Teens & Young Adults
The youth department at FEM Family Church comprises three main groups. The youngest are the teens aged 12-14 followed by the high-school 14-18 yrs and youth of 18 to 24 yrs. These meet in separate and united services throughout the year. Each group is taught and discipled by the teaching team every Sunday. We also have a great number of youths actively serving here in over 9 departments. A total of five departments serve 300-450 youth throughout the year. These young people get to enjoy vibrant services, intimate worship and quality biblical instruction on a range of thematic, topical and expository messages. We also ensure that plenty of engaging activities are planned through-out the year. What follows is a summary of the organization and activities that take place. The youth department is overseen by well able, enthusiastic and passionate leaders, who are supported by 10 teachers, who oversee each of the supporting departments. These are namely Leaders of service, Intercessors, Worship Teams / Band, Ushering, Technical, Hospitality, Housekeeping and Drama. We are also flanked by the Dawn and Soccer team leaders. We welcome all youth to join and participate in the services and ministry with the youth of FEM Family Church.
